1. Registration and Attendance of Training Sessions

These terms apply upon registration through any of the approved methods at The Dance Studio, whether via the studio’s app, in-person registration, or any other method determined by The Dance Studio management.
  • Pre-registration: Clients must pre-register for programs to ensure availability in training sessions.
  • Punctuality: Clients must arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the class and no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the class begins. After this period, cancellations are not allowed, and no refund will be given.
  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late for the training class, the class will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Registration:

  • Adults (17 years and older): They can register independently.
  • Minors and Children (under 17 years): Minors and children can always register under the supervision and presence of a parent or legal guardian. In dance classes, the minimum start age is 3 years old.
  • Minimum Age: The studio accepts children from 3 to 12 years old. Children and teenagers aged 13 to 16 may participate under the following conditions: Presence and supervision of a parent or legal guardian in the studio, or written consent from the parent/guardian if the studio allows older teenagers (13 years and older) to be left unsupervised.

1. التسجيل وحضور الحِصص التدريبيَّة

تسري الأحكام عند التسجيل بأي وسيلة معتمدة لدى The Dance Studio، سواءً كان التسجيل عن طريق التطبيق الخاص بالأستوديو أو حضوريًّا، أو أيِّ وسيلة أخرى تحددها إدارة The Dance Studio.
  • التسجيل المسبق: يجب على العملاء التسجيل المسبق للبرامج لضمان وجود أماكن شاغرة في الحِصص التدريبية.
  • الالتزام بالمواعيد: يجب على العملاء الوصول قبل بداية الحصة بـ 10-15 دقيقة، في حالة التأخير؛ لا يُسمح لهم بالدخول إلى الحصة، ولا يتم التعويض بأي شكل من الأشكال كاسترداد المبلغ المدفوع.
  • الإلغاء: يُسمح بإلغاء الحجز قبل 24 ساعة من بداية الحصة؛ بعد هذه الفترة، لا يُسمَح بإلغاء الحِصةَّ التدريبية ولا يتم استرداد المبلغ.
  • يجب على الأعضاء احترام الأنظمة والقوانين والأعراف السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

من يحقٌّ لهُ التسجيل:

  • البالغون (17 سنة فما فوق): يمكنهم الاشتراك بشكلٍ مُستقل.
  • القُصَّر والأطفال (دون 17 سنة): يمكن للقُصَّر والأطفال الاشتراك بحضور وإشراف من ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني في كافة الأوقات، وفي سياق حصص الرقص؛ فإن الحد الأدنى للعمر هو3 سنوات.
  • الحد الأدنى للعمر: يقبل النادي الأطفال من سن3 سنوات إلى 12 سنة؛ ويجوز للأطفال واليافعين بين سِن ال13 إلى 16 المشاركة بشرط: حضور وإشراف ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني في الاستوديو، أو الحصول على موافقة خطية من الولي/الوصي إذا كان الاستوديو يسمح بترك المراهقين الأكبر سنًّا (مثل 13 سنة فأعلى) بمفردهم.

2. Special Classes for Children (3–12 years):

  • Parents must bring the child at the scheduled time, assist in changing clothes (if necessary), and collect them immediately after the class.
  • The parent must accompany the child to and from the dance room or authorize a designated person if permitted by the administration.
  • Children are not allowed to leave the premises without a companion. The studio is not responsible if this rule is violated by the parent.
  • If the accompanying parent needs to leave the building, explicit permission from the studio must be obtained, and the required forms or declarations must be signed.
  • It is strictly prohibited for accompanying staff members to stay inside the studio while waiting for children, A fee of SAR 150 will be charged in case of violation.
  • The Dance Studio emphasizes the importance of cooperation with the studio staff in the child pickup procedure, especially when someone other than the parents is collecting the child.
  • Children or visitors who are not participating in the classes are not allowed to enter the studio, roam freely, or wait unsupervised. The studio does not take responsibility for their safety or any accidents resulting from their presence, A fee of SAR 150 will be charged in case of violation.

Dress and Hygiene for Children:

  • Children must wear appropriate dance attire or what the instructor specifies (such as soft shoes) and maintain personal hygiene.
  • Parents must inform the studio of any allergies or special needs the child may have.

2. الحصص الخاصَّة بالأطفال (3–12 سنة):

  • على ولي الأمر إحضار الطفل في الموعد المحدد ومساعدته في تغيير الملابس (إذا لزم الأمر)، وتسلمه فور انتهاء الدرس.
  • يجب أن يرافق ولي الأمر الطفل من وإلى قاعة الرقص، أو يتم تفويض شخص مختص إذا سمحت الإدارة بذلك.
  • يمنع مغادرة الطفل للمكان دون مرافق؛ لا يتحمل الاستوديو أي مسؤولية إذا خالف الولي ذلك.
  • إذا اضطر الوليّ المُرافِق للطفل إلى مغادرة المبنى؛ فيجب الحصول على موافقة صريحة من الاستوديو والتوقيع على أي إقرارات أو نماذج مطلوبة.
  • يُمنَع منعًا باتًّا بقاء الخَدَم المُرافقين للأطفال بهدف الانتظار داخل الاستوديو؛ وينوِّه The Dance Studio على أهميَّة التعاون مع موظفات الاستوديو في إجراءات استلام الأطفال عند الخروج مع من هم غير الوالدين، وسيتم فرض رسوم بقيمة 150ريال في حالة مُخالفة ذلك.
  • لا يُسمَح بدخول الأطفال أو الزائرين الذين لا يشاركون في الحصص التدريبية، و يتواجدون للتجول بحرية أو الانتظار بلا رقابة، ولا يتحمّل الاستوديو أي مسؤولية عن سلامتهم أو أي حادث قد ينجم عن وجودهم؛ وفي حالة مُخالفة ذلك سيتم فرض رسوم بقيمة 150ريال.

الزيّ والنظافة للأطفال:

  • يجب على الطفل ارتداء ملابس رقص مناسبة أو ما تحدده المدربة (مثل الأحذية اللينة) والحفاظ على النظافة الشخصية.
  • يجب على ولي الأمر إبلاغ النادي بأي حساسيات أو احتياجات خاصة لدى الطفل.

3. Fees and Payment:

  • Advance Payment: All clients are required to pay fees before the class starts. The reservation for training class will not be confirmed until payment is completed.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed classes or no-shows, in case of cancellation, the paid amount will be credited to the client’s account to be used for another training classes at The Dance Studio only.
  • When the client using the app to reschedule a class at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the class can be rescheduled once only, based on available times, with no refund.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for products from The Dance Studio.
  • It is strictly prohibited for accompanying staff members to stay inside the studio while waiting for children, A fee of SAR 150 will be charged in case of violation.
  • The trainer for any class may change due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the client will not be entitled to compensation, attending another class, or receiving a refund.
  • The studio may accept cash, credit cards, or electronic payment intermediaries. It is the member's responsibility to ensure the payment process is successful. The studio reserves the right to deny entry if payment is not completed or confirmed.
  • An electronic invoice may be sent to the email address or phone number registered with The Dance Studio. This invoice will serve as the official document for proof of payment. Members must update their email and phone number regularly in case of changes.
  • The Dance Studio reserves the right to modify its prices or add new fees at any time. Subscribers will be notified if the changes affect their current membership or renewal.

3. الرسوم والدَّفع:

  • الدفع المسبق: يجب على جميع العملاء دفع الرسوم قبل بدء الحصة، ولا يتمّ تأكيد الحجز للحصص التدريبية إلا بعد إتمام الدفع.
  • الاسترداد: لا يتم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة في حال تغيُّب العميل أو عدم حضوره، وفي حالة إلغاء الحجز يتم حفظ المبلغ المدفوع كرصيد للعميل لاستخدامه في حِصة تدريبية أُخرى في The Dance Studio فقط.
  • عند الدخول إلى التطبيق الخاص بالأستوديو لتأجيل الحصَّة التدريبية قبل الموعد ب (24 ساعة) على الأقل، يتم تأجيل الحصة التدريبية لموعد آخر من اختيار العميل بحسب الأوقات المتاحة فقط لمرة واحدة، دون أن يتم استرجاع المبلغ.
  • لا يحق لمن لديه رصيد استبداله بمنتجات تابعة ل The Dance Studio.
  • قد تتغير المدربة المقدمة للحصة التدريبية لأي ظرف، وفي هذه الحالة لا يحق للعميل بسبب هذا العذر المطالبة بالتعويض، أو حضور برنامج آخر، أو استرجاع المبلغ.
  • قد يعتمد النادي الدفع النقدي أو البطاقات الائتمانية أو وسطاء الدفع الإلكتروني، على العضو التأكد من نجاح عملية الدفع، ويحتفظ الاستوديو بالحق في منع الدخول إذا لم تتم عملية الدفع أو لم تُؤكَّد.
  • قد تُرسل فاتورة إلكترونية إلى البريد الإلكتروني أو على الجوال المدوَّن لدى The Dance Studio، وتُعدّ المستند الرسمي الوحيد لإثبات الدفع، ويتعيّن على العضو تحديث بريده الإلكتروني وهاتف الجوال باستمرار في حالة تغييره.
  • يحتفظ The Dance Studio بالحق في تعديل أسعاره أو إضافة رسوم جديدة في أي وقت، وسيتم إبلاغ المشتركين بذلك إذا كانت التغييرات تؤثّر على عضويتهم الحالية أو على التجديد.

4. Personal Equipment and Belongings:

  • Personal Equipment: Clients must bring their own personal equipment required for the training class, such as shoes and water, if needed.
  • Clients must bring all necessary personal items for their child, such as water, essential supplies, and extra clothing, including any required medications.
  • The Dance Studio management asking the clients to use the available lockers to store their personal belongings and not leave them scattered throughout the studio.
  • Appropriate workout attire must be worn.
  • The wearing of outdoor or open-toed shoes is prohibited unless necessary for performing a specific dance style or exercise, as determined by the instructor.
  • The studio prohibits bringing soft drinks, energy drinks, and large meals.
  • Typically, only closed water bottles or drinks approved by the studio are allowed inside the dance studio.
  • Parking: The studio is not responsible for any damage to members' cars or the loss of their belongings in public or surrounding parking areas. Members must follow local regulations and avoid blocking pathways or entrances to neighboring properties or businesses.

4. المُعدَّات والأغراض الشخصيَّة للعميل:

  • المعدات الشخصية: يجب أن يكون لدى العملاء معداتهم الشخصية المُستخدَمة في الحصة التدريبية؛ كالأحذية الخاصَّة أو الماء إذا كان الأمر يتطلب ذلك.
  • إحضار جميع الأغراض الشخصيَّة الخاصَّة بالطفل كالماء والمستلزمات الأساسية والملابس الاحتياطية، وفي حال وجود أدوية مُستخدمة للطفل.
  • تُلزِم إدارة The Dance Studio العُملاء باستخدام الخزائن المُتوفِّرة لحفظ أغراضهم الشخصيَّة، وعدم تركها في مرافق الاستوديو بشكلٍ عشوائي.
  • يجب ارتداء ملابس التمرين المناسبة.
  • يمنع ارتداء الأحذية الخارجية أو المفتوحة ما لم يكن ضروريًّا لأداء نمط رقص أو تمرين معيّن، وذلك وفق ما تحدده المدربة.
  • يمنع الاستوديو إدخال المشروبات الغازية ومشروبات الطاقة والوجبات الكبيرة.
  • يُسمح عادة بالمياه المغلقة أو المشروبات التي يوافق عليها الاستوديو فقط داخل قاعة الرقص.
  • مواقف السيارات: لا يتحمل الاستوديو مسؤولية أي تلف لسيارات الأعضاء أو فقدان مقتنياتها في مواقف السيارات العامة أو المحيطة، يجب على الأعضاء اتباع اللوائح المحلية وعدم إعاقة الممرات أو مداخل الجيران والمحلات التجارية.

5. Client Safety and Injuries:

  • The client is responsible for their health condition and must read the class description and inform the instructor of any health issues or injuries.
  • In case of any in-studio injury; The Dance Studio is responsible for emergency communication and necessary work.
  • If pregnant, clients must inform the instructor and obtain medical clearance before attending the class to ensure it is safe to participate.
  • Clients must take full precautions regarding their health.
  • If the client experiences dizziness, pain, or any abnormal symptoms during the training session, they must stop immediately and inform the instructor.
  • The Dance Studio is not responsible for any medical expenses, including ambulance transportation or hospital treatment costs.
  • Force Majeure: The studio will not be held liable for any delays, closures, or failure to provide services due to reasons beyond its control (such as natural disasters, epidemics, power outages, or other circumstances).
  • The Dance Studio is not responsible for any injuries occurring on the premises.

5. سلامة العميل والإصابات:

  • تقع مسؤولية المراقبة الصحية على العميل؛ حيث يجب عليه قراءة وصف الحصة وإبلاغ المدربة بأي عارض صحي أو إصابة لديه.
  • في حالة حدوث أي إصابة داخل الاستوديو؛ يتحمَّل The Dance Studio مسؤولية الاتصال بالطوارئ وعمل اللازم.
  • يتم إخبار المُدرِّبة في حالة وجود حمل، ويجب على المرأة الحامل الحصول على الموافقة الطبيَّة قبل الدخول إلى الحصَّة التدريبية للتأكد من إمكانية الحضور.
  • على العميل اخذ الاحتياطات الكاملة فيما يخص الحالة الصحية، وفي حال حدوث أي أخطار بدنية داخل الاستوديو، تؤكِّد وتُقِرّ إدارة The Dance Studio إخلاء المسؤولية التامَّة.
  • The Dance Studio غير مسؤول عن التعرُّض إلى أي إصابة في أحد مرافق الاستوديو.
  • إذا شعر العميل بدوار أو ألم أو أي أعراض غير طبيعية أثناء الحصَّة التدريبية؛ يجب التوقف فورًا وإبلاغ المدرب.
  • لا يتحمل The Dance Studio أي نفقات طبية؛ بما في ذلك نقل الإسعاف أو تكلفة العلاج في المستشفيات.
  • حالات القوة القاهرة: لن يكون الاستوديو مسؤولاً عن أي تأخير أو إغلاق أو فشل في تقديم الخدمات بسبب أسباب خارجة عن إرادته (كالكوارث الطبيعية، أو الأوبئة أو انقطاع الكهرباء أو غيرها).

6. Use of Facilities at The Dance Studio:

  • Shared Facilities: Members are required to respect shared facilities such as dressing rooms, restrooms, and training halls.
  • Equipment Use: Clients must follow the instructions for equipment usage and avoid improper use.
  • The studio has the right to charge the member for repair costs or compensation resulting from the member's negligence or misconduct.

6. الرقابة على استخدام المرافق الخاصَّة في The Dance Studio:

  • المرافق المشتركة: يُطلب من الأعضاء احترام المرافق المشتركة مثل غرف الملابس، دورات المياه، والصالات الخاصَّة بالتدريب؛ يجب الحفاظ على نظافة المكان واستخدام المُعدات بشكل لائق.
  • استخدام الأجهزة: يجب على الأعضاء الالتزام بالتعليمات الخاصة بالمكان باستخدام وتجنب استخدام الأجهزة بشكلٍ غير صحيح.
  • يحق للاستوديو مطالبة العضو بمصاريف الإصلاح أو التعويض الناجمة عن إهمال العضو أو سوء تصرفه.

7. Behavior at The Dance Studio:

  • Mutual Respect: Clients must show respect to the instructors and other members of the studio.
  • Inconvenience and discrimination: Any inappropriate or discriminatory behavior towards instructors, staff, or members is strictly prohibited.

7. السلوك والتعامُل في The Dance Studio:

  • الاحترام المتبادل: يجب على العملاء احترام المُدرِّبات وبقية الأعضاء داخل النادي.
  • المُضايقات: يُمنع أي سلوك غير لائق أو تمييزي بأيِّ شكلٍ كان تجاه المُدربات أو الموظفات أو المُشتركات داخل النادي.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Data Protection: The Dance Studio commits to safeguarding clients' personal data and ensuring it is not shared with third parties without their consent.
  • Clients must maintain the confidentiality of the studio and not share any information from the studio with others or use it unlawfully.
  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to take pictures of participants or staff within The Dance Studio. If the client wants to take a photo, they have to make sure that no individuals are visibly included.
  • By subscribing, the client agrees to be contacted by the studio via phone, text messages, email, or any other means regarding updates, offers, or matters related to its services. The client has the right to unsubscribe from additional marketing messages by making a written request.

8. الخصوصيَّة والبيانات:

  • الرجاء قرائة تفاصيل سياسة حماية الخصوصية على ارابط التالي https://thedancestudio.sa/privacy-policy
  • حماية البيانات: تتعهَّد إدارة The Dance Studio ضمان حماية بيانات العملاء الشخصية وألا يتم مشاركتها مع طرف ثالث دون موافقتهم.
  • يجب على عُملاء The Dance Studio الحفاظ على خصوصيَّة المكان وعدم نقل أي من المعلومات الخاصَّة فيه لمكانٍ آخر أو استخدامها بطريقة غير قانونيَّة.
  • يُمنَع منعًا باتًّا تصوير المُشتركات أو الموظفات داخل The Dance Studio.
  • في حال الرغبة بالتصوير؛ يجب التأكد من عدم ظهور أيًّا من الأشخاص المذكورين أعلاه.
  • بموجب اشتراك العميل؛ فإنه يوافق على أن يتم التواصل معه من الاستوديو عبر الهاتف، أو الرسائل النصية ،أو البريد الإلكتروني أو أي وسيلة أخرى بخصوص التحديثات والعروض أو الأمور المتعلقة بخدماته، ويحق له إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية الإضافية من خلال طلب كتابي.

9. Credit and Refund Policy:

If funds are refunded as credit in the client’s account, the credit will be valid for a specified period based on the chosen package:
  • Drop-in Class: Credit is valid for one week.
  • 5-Class Package: Credit is valid for two months.
  • 10-Class Package: Credit is valid for three months.

9. الاسترجاع

في حال استرجاع المبلغ كرصيد في حساب العميل؛ يُستخدم الرصيد لفترة مُحدَّدة بناءً على الباقة المُختارة:
  • Drop-in Class: يُسمح بالاحتفاظ بالرصيد لمُدَّة أسبوع واحد.
  • 5-Class Package: ُسمح بالاحتفاظ بالرصيد لمُدَّّة شهرين.
  • 10-Class Package: يُسمَح بالاحتفاظ بالرصيد لمُدَّة 3 أشهر.

10. Lost Items:

  • Clients should not leave any personal belongings behind after training sessions. The studio is not responsible for lost items.
  • If any personal items are lost, clients should inform The Dance Studio management. The team will search for the lost items, but the studio assumes no responsibility if they are not found.

10. المفقودات:

  • عدم ترك أي مُتعلَّقات شخصية تخص العميل بعد الانتهاء من الحصص التدريبية، الاستديو غير مسؤول عن فُقدان أي من المُتعلّقات.
  • يتمِّ إبلاغ الإدارة في The Dance Studio في حال فُقدان أيِّ من المُتعلَّقات الشخصية؛ سيقوم فريق العمل بالبحث عن المفقودات، ولكِن يُخلي الاستوديو كامل المسؤولية في حال عدم العثور عليها.

11. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • Photos and Videos: If the studio captures photos or videos during activities, The Dance Studio reserves the right to use these materials for promotional or advertising purposes.
  • Trademarks: The use of any of The Dance Studio’s trademarks is prohibited without prior permission from the management.

11. حقوق المُلكيَّة الفكريَّة:

  • الصور والفيديو: في حال التقَط الاستوديو صورًا أو مقاطع فيديو أثناء الأنشِطة؛ يحِق للأستوديو استخدام هذه المواد لأغراض ترويجية أو دعائية.
  • العلامات التجارية: يُمنع استخدام أيٍّ من العلامات التجارية الخاصَّة بالأستوديو دون الحصول على إذن مُسبق من إدارة The Dance Studio.

12. Freezing, Suspending, or Transferring Membership:

  • Freezing Periods:
  • The member may request to temporarily freeze their membership in case of injury or any obstacle that prevents them from attending classes, subject to the studio’s discretion and any additional fees, if applicable.
  • The member must provide supporting documents (e.g., a medical report) if requested.
  • Transferring/Transferring Membership:
  • Memberships are typically non-transferable; however, the studio may allow transfers in exceptional cases (such as a serious medical condition), and transfer fees may apply.
  • Studio Closure or Cancellation of a Training Session:
  • The studio reserves the right to close or restrict access to certain facilities (for maintenance, special events, or any administrative reason). In such cases, the member may be referred to an alternative session if available.
  • If no alternatives are available and the closure is for an extended period, the studio may extend the membership for the number of days the studio was closed.

12. تجميد العضوية أو تعليقها أو تحويلها:

  • فترات التجميد:
  • يمكن للعضو طلب تجميد العضوية مؤقتًا في حال تعرضه لإصابة أو عائق يمنعه من حضور الحصص، وذلك وفق تقدير الاستوديو ودفع أي رسوم إضافية، إن وجدت.
  • يجب على العضو تقديم مستندات داعمة (تقرير طبي مثلاً) إذا طُلب ذلك.
  • تحويل/نقل العضوية:
  • لا يجوز عادةً نقل العضويات أو تحويلها؛ ومع ذلك، يجوز للاستوديو السماح بالتحويل في حالات استثنائية (مثل الحالة الطبية الحرجة) وقد تُطبّق رسوم تحويل.
  • إغلاق الاستوديو أو إلغاء حصة تدريبية:
  • يحتفظ الاستوديو بالحق في إغلاق أو تقييد الوصول إلى مرافق معينة (لإجراء صيانة أو لإقامة فعالية خاصة أو لأي سبب إداري)، وفي هذه الحالة؛ قد يحال العضو إلى حصة بديلة إن وُجدت.
  • إن لم توجد بدائل وكان الإغلاق لفترة طويلة، يجوز للاستوديو تمديد فترة العضوية بعدد الأيام التي تم فيها الإغلاق.

13. Final Acknowledgment:

By signing or clicking “I agree” or any other method of accepting these terms and conditions, the client (or the parent/guardian in the case of minors) confirms:

  • Full understanding of all the terms.
  • Agreement to abide by the rules, obligations, and disclaimers outlined.
  • Commitment to comply with all current and future guidelines, policies, and instructions issued by The Dance Studio.

13. الإقرار النهائي:

عند توقيع العميل أو نقره على خيار “أوافق” أو أي وسيلة قبول أخرى لهذه الشروط والأحكام؛ فإنك تؤكد (أو يؤكد ولي الأمر في حالة القُصَّر على):
  • الفهم الكامل لجميع البنود.
  • موافقته على الالتزام بالقواعد والالتزامات وإخلاء المسؤوليات المنصوص عليها.
  • التزامه بالامتثال لجميع الإرشادات والسياسات والتعليمات الحالية والمستقبلية الصادرة عند The Dance Studio.

14. Membership Termination:

  • The Dance Studio management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any client who violates these terms and conditions.

14. إيقاف وإنهاء العضويَّة:

  • يحِق لإدارة The Dance Studio إنهاء العضويَّة لأيّ عميل يُخاِلف أحد هذهِ الشروط والأحكام.
